China Unicom's UAV low-altitude supervision platform is an application platform specially designed for UAV flight management. It can submit flight plan applications online to help individuals and corporate users better realize their UAV flight plans.
China Unicom Research Institute has developed and launched a UAV low-altitude monitoring platform. The platform is developed based on the institute's TAPaaS capability engine and supports airspace resource application, airspace situation monitoring and other functions. It can provide flight plan applications and flight release applications for individual and corporate users. The base and flight management department provide services such as flight plan and flight review and approval, airspace management, airspace situation supervision, and data statistics.
China Unicom officially obtained that individual/enterprise users can submit flight plan applications on this platform by filling in the drone, pilot, application airspace, flight airspace bottom height and top height, flight time, mission nature, and third party drone Liability insurance and other information to complete the flight plan application.
After receiving the plan application submitted by individual/enterprise users, the flight supervision department can give an approval/rejection reply based on the details of the plan and the actual situation.
Individual/enterprise users can track the review and approval status of plan applications at any time. After the flight plan application is approved, the user can submit the flight release application through the platform or App 1 hour before the flight plan start time.
The flight supervision department can check the drone flight status in the local airspace, including the real-time location of all drones, basic drone information (aircraft model, speed, pilot, etc.), data statistics (planned number today, actual total number, normal flights) number, abnormal flight number), early warning information (black flight situation, illegal flight situation), etc. Prompt warnings will be issued for undeclared plans, route deviations, excessive highs and lows, etc.
China Unicom Research Institute stated that the platform can also conduct statistics on flight operations, including flight plan statistics, flight release statistics, approval statistics and flight violation statistics, and supports rapid screening by time, flight team and other conditions.
