I had two days of free time and came across this game. I found it to be okay, but a little over the top. After playing for three days, I have reached this scale and I have completed a quick start. I feel pretty good about myself, so I would like to share it.
Unlocking a plot requires plot fragments. The more gold coins you unlock, the more gold coins are exploding. Therefore, I want to design a compact town that can accommodate a workshop for each type of material, a market with a bonus of 1,000 happiness points, and a happiness restaurant with more than 200 happiness points. One, as many as possible over 200 happy houses. After a little research, I came up with the picture below.
In the past three days, I have been playing vigorously. If I were a casual player, I would definitely not progress so fast, but I think this kind of resource planning at the beginning is still very careful, and it is also consistent with the feeling of obsessive-compulsive disorder. After reaching the bonus market with 1,000 happiness points, I plan to gradually increase the level of the workshop, free my hands, and gradually switch to the mode of harvesting vegetables and retiring, so that I won’t have to fuck hard all the time. Anyway, collect a few waves of vegetables every day and put them together, watch the double advertisement in the market once, sell one wave in a day, and get full bonus in one wave and take off. The little people on the street are like the water of the Yangtze River pouring out, comfortable and smooth, as if the old constipation has been cured.
This layout map is from the past. The map sizes are different. There are two production units of each type and 70 residential buildings. Please post the latest one.
In terms of building upgrades, I guess the priority is Port > Town Hall > Others. As a kind of high-grade building materials, imported products are very valuable and need to increase revenue and reduce expenditure. If the first few levels of a residence/workshop or other building do not consume imported goods, you can upgrade or not depending on your availability. However, it is best to be cautious when you need to consume imported goods. This is called saving money. The port is the source of imported goods. Each odd-numbered level such as level 3/5/7 can add a dock. Each dock can harvest up to 3 random imported goods every 2 hours. Upgrades are given priority. This is called open source. The level of the city hall does not affect the speed of tax collection, but only affects the upper limit of tax hoarding. There is no need to rush to a higher level, just follow the parallel development of the technology tree. Increasing the level of the city hall means that more tax gold coins can be accumulated continuously during the offline period. The higher the upper limit, the more we can work and study offline for a long time without losing tax revenue. Although markets and restaurants are also core gameplay buildings in the current version, there is no obvious benefit from their upgrades. At least in the early stages of the game, the revenue from consumption-oriented buildings is not high, and residents only spend about 20 yuan each time.
Also, I’ll add it as I think of it. In order to meet market orders, each material should be developed in a balanced manner to avoid overproduction of some materials and the shortcomings of others. So here we chose one workshop for each type of material. Since once a building is built, it must be placed out and cannot be put away, so I am more cautious about adding new buildings. Otherwise, I will be forced to open more land to place buildings, which may be redundant, useless and unsightly. When the technology tree reaches a certain level, the upper limit of agriculture and manufacturing workshops will be increased by 1, but I think they are of little use in meeting market orders. I am afraid that the market requires a balanced supply based on the types of materials that can be produced. If low-yield supplies such as beer and tools cannot keep up, other supplies will be in vain.
