1. Priority processing: fans who provide accurate usernames. Note: It is the username of the account, not the game character ID or nickname (tip: the username can only be letters or numbers, no symbols).
2. Secondary processing: remember the password, vaguely remember the user name, and provide auxiliary information related to the account. (See detailed explanation below for supporting information)
3. Unable to process: Failed to provide any username or account related information.
4. If the account number and auxiliary information provided are successfully verified, the retrieved account password will be sent to your email address via email.
