This online exam system includes eight modules, basic management, exam design, exam management, statistical analysis, my exam, my practice, my text messages, and permission management.
1.1 Basic management
It mainly manages the basic operations and basic functions of department management, role management, position management, user management, and password modification. The following functions require users with relevant permissions to operate them.
Department management maintains and manages department information, mainly including basic operations of adding, modifying, and deleting.

1.2 Exam design
Manage knowledge points, set question type management, manage question bank information, manage exam categories, and set test paper management rules.
Knowledge point management Knowledge points are the classification directory of the question bank. Administrators can add, modify, and delete them, and support unlimited classification.
The question type management system supports five test question models, including single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, true-false questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, and short-answer questions. Users can add custom question types based on the five models based on actual business needs, including Basic operations include adding, modifying, viewing, and deleting question types.

Question bank management performs basic operations on the exam question bank, including basic operations of adding test questions, previewing test questions, displaying queries, exporting data, downloading data, importing test questions, batch deletion, viewing, modifying, and deleting.
Add test questions: Add the relevant information of the test questions in the system, and then click the Save Data button.
Display query: mainly provides information retrieval so that users can find information faster.
Export data: Based on the retrieval data results, export the information data of the list into an excel table for data download. Export and download permissions can be assigned to different roles. (*Note: Exported and imported Excel are only Microsoft office excel 2003 documents)
Download data: the resource download of the exported excl table mentioned above.
Import test questions: Import excel table data into the test question list in batches.
*Note: There is no excel template. You can export the data first, download the data to get the template, and then modify the test question information in the template.
