Floating message board (JQuery plug-in + Ajax)

It is mainly a floating layer plus a message version design, currently there is only one style. The Javascript script is written by JQuery (V1.3) plug-in, interacts with background data through Ajax, and the server side is programmed by ASP.NET (Friends who are interested can rewrite it into other codes). I hope everyone likes it. The current version has relatively simple functions, and you can rewrite it if you have the ability/time.
