snitz forum enhanced streamlined version

1. Modified from snitz forum, not Chinese, because I think the English version looks better.

2. The first step is to create a new database. The sql server 2005 database I use, the 2000 database should be fine. The default database name in config.asp is mygho, please modify it yourself

2. After the database is built, go directly to 127.0.0.1/bbs to enter the installation interface. You will be asked to set the administrator username/password by yourself.

3. Added the function of uploading attachments and form content at the same time, which is quite cool.

4. A lot of content has been streamlined. The original version was 2.9M, and now it is only 1.0M (after decompression)

5. The interface has made some changes, and I think it looks better than the original version.
