Function: Simple public file upload system, supports direct link to file address

illustrate:

1. Please use notepad2 and other software to edit "config.php" and change it to your website address.

2. Upload the folder contents to your website directory.

3. Set 777 permissions for the top-level directory and folder "u".

This software is a file upload program. Different from simpleupload, this program can set file types that are not allowed to be uploaded, and other types can be uploaded. Webmasters can set upload size limits, limit types and upload instructions themselves.
