The WeChat version of Daystar University Logistics Repair Reporting System Servicedesk can be used to report for water, electricity, gas, door and window repairs in college logistics. The system is developed using .NET and supports integration with WeChat public accounts. After students pay attention, they can report the fault for repair. After reporting for repair, the general manager can dispatch the order, and the maintenance technician will repair it after receiving the order.
The system supports two-level identity authentication. After logging in, the system administrator can first import student information (student number, name, phone number), etc. into Servicedesk, and then enable two-level identity authentication. When students apply for courses, they must enter their name and student number correctly before they can apply. This prevents other members of the community from reporting for repairs.
