System functional components:
This system consists of four sub-modules: department head management, teacher topic setting, students online topic selection and system maintenance. Their respective functions are described below:
(1) Students select topics online. Students log in to the system through the student information, name, student number and password entered by the department head to query topics and select topics, and can change their login password. The system assigns 4 options to students. Students can make several choices based on their actual situation. When the first choice has not been reviewed, the others cannot be reviewed. If the first choice fails the review, it will automatically point to the second choice, in order. By analogy, if all students fail, they will be reselected through the same process as above. Students can also view previous design questions for reference.
(2) Teachers set questions. This part is mainly used by teachers. Teacher information is entered by the department head. Teachers must log in to the system through the account and password assigned to them by the department. When teachers enter the sub-system, they will be responsible for setting questions, reviewing students' topic selections, and can view previous questions for reference.
(3) Department Head Management The head of the department enters student and teacher information in batches and is responsible for reviewing the questions asked by teachers. Only students who pass the review can select topics. At the same time, the department head also has the authority to control teacher and student accounts. Permission to freeze.
(4) Administrator The system administrator is mainly responsible for entering the department chair’s data and can freeze it.
