The OA application has comprehensively improved the original functions and added tardiness and leave statistics. It can manage attendance more standardizedly and conveniently, and significantly improve the efficiency of employees' application submission and manager approval. The length of time to be made up can be automatically calculated when requesting leave and making up work, and the balance of overtime and paid leave can be automatically calculated; annual leave can be automatically issued, and the annual leave balance is automatically calculated after use. Unused annual leave can also be applied for conversion into wages. Attendance has added the setting of lunch break and dinner time. Lunch break, dinner and holidays will no longer be counted when submitting applications for leave, overtime, etc.
This issue also adds a points function, from the formulation of point rules and levels, to point issuance and redemption, to point ranking, it brings a complete set of points management functions to enterprises, which can be used as a management method to motivate employees.
