SmartQQ4IntelliJ is the SmartQQ plug-in for IntelliJ Idea. You can use QQ chat in IDEA and is suitable for most Intellij IDEs.

Find the bin folder in the installation directory where your IDE is located, open it, and find your exe running parameter file, such as (idea64.exe.vmoptions, studio64.exe.vmoptions). Use a file editor to open this file and add in the last line -Djsse.enableSNIExtension=false Save and restart the IDE.
You can also add parameters through the exe shortcut. For example, the shortcut target points to: E:Androideclipseeclipse.exe -nl=en -Djsse.enableSNIExtension=false. Note that this method requires that the path where the exe is located cannot contain spaces.
File->Settings->Plugins opens the plug-in settings interface
Click Browser repositories... and enter SmartQQ to perform a search
Click SmartQQ to install and restart
After successful installation, a Smart tab will appear in the bottom bar (if there is no bottom bar, check ToolButtons in the menu View)
Click the QR code in Smart and use your mobile phone QQ to scan the code to log in.
