The application is designed to automate the process of updating notification lists of the Rupor system (a multi-channel system for automatically notifying subscribers via telephone lines).
Operation process: using the “Open” button, a file (.xlsx/.xls) with a list of absentees is loaded, after which the “Analysis” button is pressed, the program compares the lists of absentees and the notification lists (bookName.xlsx) , if there is a match, it replaces it with uploading data from the main contact database (file mainNumber.xlsx – uploading contacts from Rupor) .
The next step is to create 10 (see settings) Excel files in the “Alert Lists” folder, one for each alert list. Clicking the "Download" button moves the above files to the "Automation Horn" folder. No further commands are required; Speaker (server) will automatically update the alert lists according to the files in the “Speaker Automation” folder. If a replacement is not specified for the user, the system will generate an alert list with the same user. In the “Settings” tab, you can specify the maximum number of absentees and the number of notification lists.
To run the program you need: Windows 7-10 OS, 120 MB of random access memory (RAM) , as well as installed MS Excel (activated) and .net framework 4.5. When running, the application launches EXCEL.EXE processes, and therefore, if the program is closed incorrectly (or in the event of an error) , residual processes remain that must be closed manually through the Task Manager or restart the PC.
When working, the program uses three Excel files: absentee certificate, general contact database, notification lists. Each column corresponds to a specific parameter and should match the example below.
