Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, February 25th: The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made suggestions on amending some parts of the Constitution.

Standing Committee of the National People's Congress:

In accordance with the new situation and new practice of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made the following suggestions on amending some parts of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China:

For the above suggestions, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress is requested to propose a constitutional amendment bill in accordance with legal procedures and submit it to the first session of the 13th National People's Congress for review.
