0x20 Project Introduction

This is the Chinese translation project for the WEB version of "Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World". Currently, the complete Chinese translation process for each chapter includes:

1. Translation (Japanese->Chinese)
2. Polishing (making the context expression sentence meaning closer to the Chinese environment)
3. Proofreading (correction of proper nouns such as names of people, places, skills, etc., and consistency of all chapters)
4. Layout (document format)

Since the whole process is super time-consuming (an average chapter takes 3 to 4 hours), and I am currently operating it alone (to generate electricity for love), but I need to prioritize regular work, so I can only update it three to four times in my free time.

In order to give me more motivation to do this, and to partially recover the human and material costs I invested, I set up a sponsorship mechanism (you can also click the Sponsor button at the top of the page).

Of course, this is not mandatory. Sponsorship is entirely voluntary. Even if you don’t sponsor, you can read all the chapters (you may just save them and update them together in your spare time).

Interested students are also welcome to join this project, and they can enjoy a certain share of the sponsorship based on their contribution.

This project is built using GitBook and is compatible with running on Github Pages and locally (offline).

Regarding the construction of the local environment, please see the instructions of gitbook-server-docker. In addition, due to the large index size of SUMMARY.md , it takes about 1 hour to compile build.sh|ps1 once, so be careful when publishing changes.
