matlab photo mosaic creator

This is a project by Matthew Canham that was created for the University of Auckland Enggen 131 class 2014.

The project is to create a photo mosaic using Matlab.

Code in the CreateMosaic.m file contains an overview of the algorithm that was required, as well as some code to initiate the project. All code in the CreateMosaic.m file was written by Peter Bier, all other code was written by Matthew Canham.
