Description of new features in version 4.14:
1. The automatic number of SkyAdminRole is lost, so system roles cannot be added.
2. SkyDate adds DateSelfStart self-evaluation start time and DateSelfEnd self-evaluation end time. Administrators can configure this time period by themselves;
3. The indicator configuration adds indicator type and full score function design, and the SkyEvaluationDetail table adds fields IType and IMax;
4. Added self-evaluation form: SkyEValuationValuesSelfSkyEvaluationVDSelf and self-evaluation list;
5. Add the self-evaluation review and deletion function. If the self-evaluation data is untrue, it will be deleted by the administrator;
6. Added file upload configuration function to modify the file types and sizes that can be uploaded;
7. The system score query and export function adds the function of querying according to packages;
8. The system exports the overall score to support calculating the proportion according to roles; the proportion information field type in the role table needs to be adjusted;
9. When displaying the score list, when there is only one user in the list, the detailed score information of this user is displayed;
