Please check whether your space supports AspJpeg on the backend homepage. If not, just turn off this feature.

2. Question: An error occurred while commenting

Please check whether your space supports Jmail on the background homepage. If it does not support it, you will not be able to use the email notification function. Please turn off the email notification function in the background-advanced settings.

3. Question: New article pictures or comments cannot be saved.

Please check whether your spatial database file has write permissions. You can use the FTP tool to change the permissions of the corresponding folder to: 777

4. Question: After running the FTP upload file, the ActiveServerPages error 'ASP0116' is missing. The script closing delimiter /Config/head.asp is missing, and the script block in line 33 is missing the script closing mark (>).

This is because the head.asp file is not completely uploaded when uploading. Use Filezilla to change the upload mode to active and update the upload.

5. Question: Some places display errors.

Please check whether you have deleted all the content in a certain place. If so, just add a piece of content.
