1. How to generate an evaluation form?

First, add the items for evaluation management in the evaluation project management. Currently, I have added the items for employees and team leaders; then in the evaluation form

2. How do employees submit personal summaries?

There is a time range for semi-annual assessment and annual assessment in the system settings. When this time range is reached, employees can submit corresponding personal summaries.

3. What is automatic scoring?

You can choose whether to turn on automatic scoring in the system settings. After automatic grading is turned on, when a certain evaluation expression reaches the deadline, the system will automatically grade employees who have not completed the evaluation based on the proportion of excellent, competent, basically competent, and incompetent in the employee democratic evaluation.

4. How to rate others?

When a certain evaluation form reaches its preset scoring date, the scoring entry for the evaluation form will appear in the user's menu bar. You can rate the person being evaluated.

5. What is the grading time in the evaluation form used for?

The scoring time is the effective evaluation time of the evaluation form. When this time is reached, the user can score the testees of this evaluation form until the deadline of the scoring time. After the scoring time has passed, it will automatically transfer to the stage of evaluation opinions of organizations and leaders at all levels.
