RTCMS used by Reteng Studio source code has no data by default after installation. It will appear normal after filling it in by itself. It can be used as a CMS for marketing and can be freely modified and disseminated. Upload the files in upload_install to the root directory of the virtual host or server website; visit http://domain name/ to install. The server or virtual host space must support the php+mysql environment. PHP environment must not be higher than 5.4
