Thumbnails: Add thumbnails to articles for uploading
1. When the server supports aspjpeg, 120*90 and 250*200 will be generated in the s120 and s250 directories under UploadFiles at the same time.
Thumbnails, 120*90 pictures are displayed in picture articles, and 250*200 pictures are displayed in homepage slides;
2. If the server does not support aspjpeg, the thumbnails will be uploaded to the UploadFiles/ directory.

Style Notes:
1. Modify the head background: Find the head.css file in the style directory and replace tbg2.jpg with other pictures; (the program comes with three pictures: tbg1.jpg, tbg2.jpg, tbg3.jpg)
2.LOGO modification: Please use Fireworks or Photoshop to modify the logo.png file in the style directory;
3. Navigation column: The default column background arrow is the toparrow.gif file. If the column name is four characters, please use the toparrow-1.gif file and rename it to toparrow.gif.
