Blue Rain Message Board (Multiple Users)

This program is a CGI program written in PERL [Main functions of version V2.30]
1. Supports multiple users, online application, and online activation.
2. Users have greater autonomy and can modify the style and display of some pages and open or close message boards.
3. Each user can manage posts in his or her own message board.
