Inventory records
Inventory records are basic inventory information established in inventory management.
Basic inventory information is used for inventory entry, inventory exit and inventory management, that is, the data of the entire inventory management information system is based on inventory records. Once the basic inventory information is used in the warehousing record, the inventory record cannot be deleted.
Warehousing records
The warehousing record is the information of inventory warehousing. When registering the inventory, it is necessary to record the inventory information, person in charge, and warehousing time.
Warehousing records are generated from inventory and require basic inventory information. The formed warehousing information can be used in inventory management. When the warehousing information is referenced by the inventory issue, the warehousing record cannot be deleted.
Outbound records
Outbound records are information about inventory outgoings, which are similar to incoming inventories. When recording inventory outgoings, the inventory information, person in charge, and outgoing time must also be recorded.
Inventory inventory
Inventory inventory is dynamic inventory information, which can be obtained through the summary data of inbound records and outbound records. When you need to check the inventory, you only need to count the accumulated incoming and accumulated outgoing items according to various inventories. The difference between the accumulated outgoing items and the accumulated incoming items is the inventory quantity. Therefore, from a demand perspective, inventory inventory data can be calculated and does not need to be saved.

Customer records
Customer records are basic customer information established in customer management. You can view the login days of logged-in customers.
