Function realizationThere are three types of customer groups in this system: administrators, teachers, and students. Below are details of each customer's basic access rights to the system:
1. Administrator: Determine the timetable for various graduation project tasks, graduation project workflow, and instructions for filling out the graduation project worksheet. Manage relevant information of teachers and graduates and publish relevant statement information.
2. Teachers: After logging into the system, instructors can download the papers submitted by their graduates and upload the reviewed papers. Teachers can leave messages to graduates, view graduates’ messages and reply to them. Teachers manage basic personal information.
3. Students: You must register with your student ID and real name before you can log in to the system to view and modify personal information. Upload your graduation project to your tutor for review, leave messages to your tutor, check messages, and reply to messages. And you can book a tutor online through the message function.
The basic functions of this system include: customer login, customer management, basic system information maintenance, customer registration, paper management module and message management. Administrators can manage teacher and student related information. The basic information maintenance module of the system mainly includes the administrator's ability to publish statements, edit paper formats, and manage table information. The registration module is mainly designed for the student module. Students must register before logging into the system. The thesis management module is for students and teachers. Teachers can provide guidance on the graduation projects of their students, and students can upload their papers to the system in time to wait for teacher approval. At the same time, you can also download the papers reviewed by the teacher and make timely modifications to the reviewed papers. The message management module mainly includes the following information. Teachers can send comments on paper writing guidance to their students. At the same time, students can also leave messages to teachers to ask questions they do not understand and can also reply to teachers' messages.
