Function realization

doctor:

1 Register, log in, change password, and fill in personal information (name, gender, hospital where you work, job position, mobile phone number, ID number, etc.); the administrator's consent is required to register successfully.

2 Medical records: (1) Establish a personal medical record for the patient and generate a medical record number (ID card number)

(2) Query patient medical records based on medical record number

(3) Delete medical records

(4) Modify medical records

(5) Upload medical records (upload to the name of the expert in the corresponding department based on the patient's symptoms)

Customers (grassroots masses):

1 Register, log in, change password, and fill in personal information (name, gender, home address, hospital, mobile phone number, ID number, etc.).

2 Check medical records, diagnosis certificates and prescriptions: Check your own medical records, diagnosis certificates and prescriptions through the medical record number (ID number) (the patient cannot modify it himself)
