Function realizationCustomer management module:
Provide registration function for customers. After the customer submits the registration information (with verification code), the system first checks whether the login account applied by the customer already exists. If the customer already exists, the customer is reminded to re-enter it. If it does not exist, the customer is stored. Registration information to remind customers that registration is successful. After that, the customer logs in. After the customer enters the customer name and password and confirms it, they can enter the property management system. If it is not an error message. (The administrator logs in from the backend, and the users are divided into visitors and customers. Visitors only have the browsing function, and customers can perform related operations)
User information management module:
After successfully logging into the system, users can fill in their personal information in the user information module. Administrators can add, modify, delete and query user information in the module.
House Management Module:
The head of the household submits the price, address, apartment type, entrustment time and other relevant information of the house to the administrator, and submits pictures of the house. The administrator verifies and releases the housing information. Administrators can perform basic operations such as inserting, deleting, modifying, saving, and searching for house information.
Contract management module:
The administrator inserts contract information and performs basic operations such as adding, modifying, deleting, and saving contracts. (The information is not deleted immediately after the house is rented. The lease can be renewed or rented to other people when the lease expires within the contract time (that is, the entrustment time))
Intermediary fee management module:
The intermediary fee can be set as a percentage of the renter's monthly rent or the total rental amount, and the intermediary fee can be modified and deleted.
Statistics module:
Statistics on the number of vacant houses and rented houses can be carried out, as well as intermediary fees and contract status by year, month and quarter.
Announcement module:
Remind customers who do not understand the system the steps to use the system and remind them of house rental-related activities.
Message board module:
After logging in to the system, you can leave a message to the administrator in the message board module and post comments and ideas. Administrators can view messages, listen to opinions and reply to messages to users.
