Function realizationThe administrator is the core customer of the system, involving five major functional modules. The administrator has operating authority over all customers of the system, and can promptly and dynamically grasp various situations such as house rentals and sales.
The system is characterized by easy-to-use and friendly reminder messages. This system will implement the following basic functions:
(1) The system has a simple and elegant page, easy to use, and friendly error operation reminders
(2) Administrator customers have functions such as registered customer information management, house rental management, house sales management, statement and message management, etc.
(3) Have strong security to avoid malicious operations by customers
Description of the administrator function module diagram: Administrator is the customer role with the most functions.
(1) Registered customer management module: In this module, the registered customer information management function is completed. The registered customer information management provides functional operations such as query and deletion of registered customers.
(2) Rental information management module: This module defines the management of house rental information, and its functions include operations such as entry, query, and deletion of house rental information.
(3) Sales information management module: This module defines the management of house sales information, and its functions include operations such as entry, query, and deletion of house sales information.
(4) Statement information management module: This module defines the management of statement information, and its functions include operations such as entry, query, and deletion of statement information.
(5) Message information management module: The management of message information is defined in this module, and its functions include query, deletion and other operations of message information.
