1. Customer management: including customer registration (personal information), password modification, customer deletion, etc., identifying identities according to different login IDs, and logging in to the front and backend. Through this module, customers in the system can be queried and managed, and the administrator can modify passwords and personal information;
2. Venue management: including the administrator's classification of various venue types in the venue, viewing opening hours, viewing venue locations, deleting venues, and editing and modifying changes to venues. Through this module, administrators can manage the information of venues in the gymnasium (implementing the operations of entering, modifying, deleting, and querying information on existing venues);
3. Venue booking management. Venue booking is the main function of the system, which enables customers to query and cancel reservations for venue information, including free venue inquiries and reservations. Through this module, administrators can realize real-time operation of venue reservation information, query and manage reserved venue and free venue information (resolve operations of their orders, such as returning reserved venues to customers for special reasons, and refunds) .
Customers can manage booked venues, including querying and canceling reservation information; (This is the core function. 4. System notification: In the system notification module, operators can publish, modify, and delete relevant stadium and venue notifications. Customers can obtain notification content in time after logging in to the system and make specific arrangements for venues. Customers only have the query permission for notifications;
5. Cost settlement: The cost settlement module mainly implements the following functions. Customers can check the rental prices of each venue in a timely manner, and calculate the venue fees through time and unit price for settlement. They can use WeChat or Alipay QR code to pay (front desk) . In addition, operators can use this module to count monthly site income and print detailed financial statements (backend);
Venue usage: The venue usage statistics module mainly implements the following functions. After the operator successfully reserves the venue, the corresponding venue will not be selected, and the remaining number of venues for the venue will be displayed. It will not be released until the end of the reservation time. System administrators can use this function to summarize the usage of each venue and make corresponding adjustments to venue reservations based on the statistical results.
