1. Crowdfunding section

(1) Crowdfunding rules:

1. Open a position: Set the crowdfunding quota for each period. When the quota is reached, the crowdfunding is successful and the next period will be opened (theoretically, the quota for each period is increased by 30%). 2. Snap-up: Set the snap-up time and the member’s maximum snap-up quota. (The backend can set the purchase time and quota for each period)

3. Reservation: ① Open a reservation warehouse, set the reservation period, reservation time, total reservation amount, and personal reservation cap amount

②The corresponding proportion of pulse points will be deducted from the reservation.

③ You can choose to withdraw after booking, and 30% of the liquidated damages will be deducted for withdrawal. The withdrawal quota can be replenished 4. Settlement period: When the 4th phase of crowdfunding is successful, the 1st phase will be settled. 5. Stop loss: ① When a certain phase Crowdfunding fails, that is, stop loss ② stop loss and return the full amount of points in the current period to Miao points ③ stop loss in the last three periods, the Miao points invested will lose 30%, which will be converted into consumption points (2) Income settlement: 1. (3) Income settlement method: 1. 70% of the income is settled as balance (can be withdrawn) 2. 30% of the income is settled as consumption points 3. After settlement, the principal part is returned to Miao points (separation of principal and profit) 4. Reinvestment : 70% of the principal and income will be automatically invested in the next fourth period ① Each time an order is placed, the system will default to the re-investment state

(4) Stop loss compensation mechanism:

1. Set up an insurance pool: In each period of the rebirth round, 2% of the turnover will be put into the insurance pool, and compensation will be given to the losing accounts (30%) in the three periods before the stop loss period of the previous round. The weighting method and compensation criteria are used. It will be terminated when the contribution value is exhausted.

2. Set up a dividend pool: At the beginning of each game, 1% of each period's turnover will be put into the dividend pool. When the loss is stopped, 50% of the funds in the dividend pool will be rewarded to the accounts participating in the stop loss period in a weighted manner. The other 50% is directly injected into the dividend pool of the next game.
