GroovyHelp v0.8.8 has unified the previous versions and no longer distinguishes whether it comes with a JRE or not. Everything is decided by the user.
This is undoubtedly good news for friends who don’t like to install multiple JRE versions:)
1. Users can freely choose whether to use the built-in JRE If used, just rename the built-in jre_linux_32bit or jre_windows_32bit to jre according to the corresponding operating system;
If you don't want to use the built-in JRE, you don't need to make any modifications. Just double-click GroovyHelp.exe (under Windows) or execute GroovyHelp.sh (under Linux).
For example, under Windows, if you want to use the built-in JRE6u10, you only need to rename jre_windows_32bit in the picture below to jre, and then double-click GroovyHelp.exe.
2. In addition, the display function of JVM heap usage has been added. GroovyHelp requires JRE6 to run. Considering that you may not have JRE6 installed on your computer, I have provided you with
a green version of JRE6 to download . Just unzip the downloaded compressed file to the directory where GroovyHelp is located (of course, if you have If JRE6 is installed, there is no need to download the JRE6 green version).
