The code includes:
1) Flash as the implementation of software skin.
2) Implementation of irregular interface. Simple and effective (9X/2000/xp)
This code was written in Delphi before. I am not very familiar with Delphi, so I rewrote it into C++builder code.

3) Drag and drop with irregular interface (very common :-))
4) Generation of dynamic menu for loading skins. (Tested many times)
Note:
1) The effect of using Flash for skin is beyond imagination! Everyone, give it a try!
2) The Flash control has a right-click menu that I cannot block. If you know, please tell me!
