"Civic CRMV1.1" is a nationally produced and simple customer resource management system. Currently, the system has few functional modules, is easy to use, and basically requires no training. The system is developed using PHP programs, and all source codes are open to all users (limited to personal use, commercial secondary development requires permission). Civic CRM currently supports Mysql and Mssql databases. This CRM allows users to configure the system environment by themselves. It can also be configured automatically through the SETUP installation program, supporting stand-alone use, local area network use, and mutual network use.
