Ini adalah utilitas sederhana untuk mengonversi file WAV, FLAC, MP3, APE, OGG, M4A dan AAC ke salah satu format lain (kecuali M4A dan AAC yang hanya didukung sebagai format input).
Ini menggunakan encoder/decoder baris perintah eksternal ini (termasuk dalam paket):
FLAC.EXE (Converter FLAC) - FLAC -WIN.ZIP
Lame.exe (mp3 converter) - Bundel rilis lumpuh
oggenc.exe dan oggdec.exe (konverter ogg)
Mac.exe (konverter APE)
FAAD.EXE (M4A dan AAC Converter)
Jika Anda mendistribusikan kembali paket ini, silakan merujuk ke lisensi encoder ini.
Pada menjalankan pertama, FLICFLAC akan membuat file INI kecil untuk Anda melakukan beberapa konfigurasi kecil jika diperlukan, dan juga akan menyimpan lima konverter yang diperlukan ke direktori Windows Temp (FLAC.exe, Lame.exe, Oggenc.exe, Oggdec. exe dan faad.exe).
Pilih format konversi dengan menekan salah satu tombol format.
Tekan tombol Pilih untuk memilih file untuk dikonversi.

Seret file atau folder ke tombol Pilih.

Klik kanan file dan pilih Convert dengan FLICFLAC.
Ini hanya berfungsi pada file tunggal.
Aktifkan/Nonaktifkan Integrasi Menu Konteks melalui Menu Pengaturan.
Secara default, FLICFLAC akan keluar setelah konversi saat menggunakan metode ini. Ini dapat diubah dalam file INI.
Anda dapat mengaktifkan menu Pengaturan melalui keyboard dengan menekan F8 atau tombol klik kanan (aplikasi), atau dengan mengklik kanan di mana saja di GUI.
File FLAC dikodekan dengan pengaturan FLAC default (kompresi sedang, kecepatan sedang)
File MP3 dikodekan dengan default 192kbps. Mode Encode (CBR/VBR) dan Bitrate dapat dikonfigurasi melalui file INI.
Preset disediakan di menu akses mudah.
Menu Preset dapat dikonfigurasi dalam file INI.
File OGG dikodekan dengan pengaturan kualitas 5 (pada skala 0-10)
File APE dikodekan dengan tingkat kompresi tahun 2000 (pada skala 1000-2000)
File OGG dan MP3 dikodekan dengan informasi tag ID3:
Judul lagu = nama file
Tahun = tahun ini
Artist = Diambil dari file INI
