In the 4th battle, when facing Kyo Kusanagi, if you use energy-consuming attacks (substitution attacks also count) to kill him, then the final boss will be Unbounded; otherwise, it will be Adil.
The ending of the game and even the official complete team ending can only be seen after defeating Wu Jie; if the final boss is Adil, then directly declare "game over" after defeating him.
Choose the final boss
Note: This cheat is limited to the PS2 version
Complete the game. If the final boss of the clearance process is Adil, unlock Adil after completing the level and press R1 on Yagami's avatar to select it.
If the final boss is Unbounded, unlock Unbounded after clearing the level and press R1 on Kusanagi Kyo's avatar to select it.
