This tutorial will show you how to use layer styles, gradients, and the pen tool to create a logo that appeals to the masses. By drawing inferences from this example, this tutorial is about making a simple Volkswagen logo effect. You only need to use layer styles in Photoshop and have an in-depth application and understanding of layer styles. The layer styles applied in this tutorial are: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, and Gradient Overlay. For reference only, I hope you all like it!
Let’s look at the renderings first:

1. Select the "File/New" menu, open the "New" or Ctrl+N dialog box with the name: Draw Volkswagen Logo, width: 600 pixels, height: 600 pixels, "Resolution" is 72, "Mode" For RGB color documents, click the OK button, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Click the New Layer button in the layer control panel, create a new layer 1, select the Ellipse tool in the toolbox, drag out an elliptical selection in the workspace, then set the foreground color, and set the RGB values of the foreground color as follows 132, 185, 235, set the RGB values of the background color to 1, 46, and 107 respectively, and press the shortcut key Alt+Delete to fill layer 1, and then press the shortcut key Ctrl+D to deselect the state, as shown in Figure 2. The effect diagram is shown in Figure 3.

3. Click the New Layer button in the layer control panel, create a new layer 2, select the toolbox gradient tool (shortcut key G), set it to radial gradient in the tool options bar, and then click the editable gradient to pop up the gradient. Editor. Set the foreground color to transparent, double-click A in Figure 4, set the RGB colors to 97, 142, and 203 respectively, and click the OK button, as shown in Figure 4. 4. Click the New Layer button in the Layer Control Panel, create a new layer 3, select the Ellipse tool in the toolbox, and drag an elliptical selection in the workspace, as shown in Figure 6.

5. Execute menu: "Edit"/"Stroke" to pop up the stroke dialog box, set the stroke width to 12px and the color to white, as shown in Figure 7. The rendering is shown in Figure 8.
