1. Create a new 800 * 600 pixel file, fill the background with black, create a new layer, and use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw a perfect circle selection as shown in Figure 1.
2. Select the gradient tool, set the color as shown in Figure 2, and pull out the radial gradient as shown in Figure 3.
3. After canceling the selection, press Ctrl + T to flatten the perfect circle appropriately, as shown in Figures 4 and 5.
4. To make the eyes, create a new layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw a small perfect circle selection, fill it with yellow, create a new layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to draw a slightly smaller perfect circle, fill it with white, and create a new layer. , draw a slightly smaller round selection and fill it with purple red, the effect is as shown in Figure 6, then merge several layers of the eye part, and copy the right eye to it, as shown in Figure 7.
5. Make the tentacle part, create a new layer, use the pen tool to outline the path shown in Figure 8, convert it to a selection and fill it with the color: #69BAE0 as shown in Figure 9, then move the selection one pixel down and one pixel to the right, and press Delete delete, the effect is shown in Figure 10. Then delete the excess.
