I have been very busy with work recently and rarely publish articles, but I am still very pleased to find that many friends are still paying close attention to my blog. Here, Li Xinrong would like to express his gratitude to all the friends who pay attention to and support me.

Baidu Fengchao was finally launched on December 1st. Many friends were looking forward to this day. Unfortunately, they still responded to the sentence "I was looking forward to it before it arrived, but it was not as expected when it arrived." From the evening of November 30th to the morning of December 1st, many friends found that the keywords were missing and felt overwhelmed. They complained and insulted Baidu on forums and QQ groups. Indeed, I complained at that time and struggled with my heart and mind. After all, I still relied on keywords for traffic. An n-fold reduction in traffic would have a huge impact on both the website itself and revenue. However, after thinking about it for a while, this may not be a bad thing. At least it gives us a chance to reflect:
1. Lost keywords will have a great impact on the website, which proves the instability of our website. If we only rely on traffic from Baidu keywords to survive, it proves that our website's user stickiness is not high. What does this mean? It is that the content quality of our website is not high. If the incoming traffic is unstable, that is to say, the IP quality of our website is not high, such a website is indeed worthy of our review. Because if most of the website's traffic relies on Baidu keywords, then the traffic and income of our website will be very unstable. After all, we have seen the stability of Baidu. So what we should consider is how to solve this problem on the website instead of complaining.
2. Many friends’ website keyword rankings have dropped. What does that mean? It means that we have fewer competitors. If we can work hard to update original content and find high-quality links, I believe that the keyword rankings will soon rise. And it may be better than the original ranking!
Baidu Phoenix Nest Project has just been launched, and it may have a huge impact on us. In addition to the decline in keyword rankings, today we also found that many websites have been hacked. Baidu Fengchao system has just been launched, and it will definitely have a certain impact on search results. As long as you concentrate on doing your own thing, insist on updating, insist on external links, and stick to what you usually do, when Baidu comes back, the ranking you may get will be better. If it is high, you will get more traffic, which is always better than those friends who complain everywhere after problems occur.
Thinking about the same thing in different ways will produce different results. Analyzing from the above perspective, we will work harder to make the website better and have more confidence to continue doing it. But if you complain like some friends in the group or forum, I believe your website will give up in the end because you have already lost to yourself. Therefore, not only as a webmaster, as a SEOer or as a SEMmer, we must correct our mentality. When we encounter problems, think about it from another angle, and we will find more useful things. Joining our thinking is still going into a dead end, which is equivalent to pushing the website into a "death". Of course, it will take time to confirm how the Baidu Fengchao system is and whether it is good for us. It would be a bit premature to draw conclusions now.
