DNS Bench-mark
Program official website: http://tinyurl.com/yhuwj4r
Program download URL: Please download from the GRC website (framed in my picture)
Program Price: Free
How to use the program: Just execute the downloaded "DNSBench.exe" directly, no installation is required.
By the way, I would like to mention here: I will try not to put the direct download link of the original author on my website. This is a kind of respect for the original author, because the original author worked hard to write the program in the hope that more people will know about him. If you just Downloading directly from me without ever visiting the author's website is very unfair to the author! Of course, this is just my personal concept. If you think it is worth promoting, please join me so that everyone can have more useful free software.
Start testing
Start the DNS Bench-mark program. You must first add the DNS Server IP you want to test. The two sets of "8.8.8.8" and "8.8.4.4" of Google Public DNS are already built in, but HiNet's "168.95.1.1" ” and “168.95.192.1” need to be added separately. If you are not using HiNet to access the Internet, you must also add the DNS Server IP of your ISP.
Please press the [Nameservers] button first
Next press [Add/Remove] to modify the DNS Server list you want to test.
To add a new HiNet DNS Server, type "168.95.1.1", "168.95.192.1" (one at a time) and press [Add]. To remove others, press [Remove]. After that, [Close] to return to the previous one. Windows
Next press [Run Bench-mark] and wait a few minutes for the results to come out.
I don’t use HiNet lines, so the first place is my ISP’s DNS Server, but the second and third places are Google Public DNS!
As for the sticks of different colors, they represent:
Red Cached: There is cache
Green Uncached: No cache
Blue DotCom Lookup: .com domain name query
Is Google Pubkic DNS as legendary as it is? Please test it yourself. However, this is just a reference data. There is no need for you to argue about it. Except for me, who can use Google myself, my customers should not use them. Change the DNS to Google's, because you need to be "practiced!" to use this (you need to know how to check if there is a problem), so ordinary people should not ask for trouble!
