Quickly add striped borders to photos with Photoshop

step:

1. Open the picture you want to create, double-click to unlock it, and copy one layer

2. On the copy layer, use the selection rectangle to draw a rectangle slightly smaller than the original image.

3. Press Q (enter quick mask)

4. Filter - Stylization - Relief Effect (45.26.100)

5. Filter - Stylize - Lighten Edges (2.20.15)

6. Filter - Pixelate - Fragmentation

7. Filter - Sharpen - Sharpen (repeat multiple times)

8. Press Q (exit quick mask)

9. Edit - Stroke, 1 pixel, any color

10.CTRL+SHIFT+I (inverse selection), DEL (delete)

11.CTRL+D (cancel selection), use the magic wand to click outside the border

12. Activate layer 0 (original image), DEL (delete)

13.CTRL+D (cancel selection), save as GIF format, complete.
