How to share files in a homegroup
Homegroup file sharing is based on libraries by default. Open the computer and you can see the computers in the homegroup on the left toolbar. Click to open and you will see several library folders such as videos and pictures. Generally speaking, just send the files that need to be shared to the corresponding library.
But there is still a simpler method. Right-click on the file or folder that needs to be shared, and you will see a sharing option. Select Share to Home Group (Read), and other computers can view your files. If you need to enter the copy to operation, you should select the home group (read/write). If there are many computers in the home group and you only want to share files with specific people, select the last specific user and select the need to share. The computer name is sufficient.
