After arriving at the second shrine, you will enter the underground area. Before the lowest level of the underground area (where the venom originates), you can see a small cave on the side, and you can find a hot spring after entering it.
After arriving at the second shrine, walk down the mountain along the road. When you reach the bottom (just to the right of the cave entrance), you can see a hidden wall (you can easily find it by looking for the red eyes). After opening the hidden wall, you can find the hot spring.
After leaving the village (the village where the second gate is closed) you will enter a woodland, and you can find a hot spring on the right before crossing the wooden bridge.
If you invite the NPC to join the party at the second shrine, he will stop there and take a bath.

The hot spring is just to the right of the fourth closed gate (which opens the bridge to the first shrine).
This hot spring is very helpful when you go from the first shrine to the mission boss battle.
Climb the ladder next to the second shrine in this quest to see two narrow stone paths (with yellow spar on them).
Go up the road on the left and you will encounter a foreign soldier. There is a hidden wall where the foreign soldier is standing. After opening the hidden wall, you can see the hot spring.
This hot spring is behind another hidden wall, on the way from the third shrine to the mission boss.

You can find hot springs by opening the hidden wall, which is also very useful for mission boss battles.
After passing the second searchlight area, three paths will appear: a cave, a bridge with a dog-licking enemy, and a path where you can encounter a Cyclops.
Go forward along the road with the Cyclops, and you will see the hot spring at the end.
If you reach the third shrine in the cave, you have gone too far and need to return to the fork in the road and take another path.
This hot spring is located behind the hidden wall before the mission BOSS (where the last three samurai before the BOSS are).
Open the hidden wall to see the hot springs, which is also helpful in BOSS battles.
After interacting with the blue switch to rotate the blue bridge, jump off the blue bridge to the next platform. There is a gap there to jump to the first floor. The hot spring is in a hidden room on the first floor (there is also a wood spirit).
There is an area of constant darkness after the third shrine. After passing through the constant darkness, you will enter a house and continue moving forward (there are some walls that can be destroyed, and the passage will be opened after destruction). After entering the house, there will be a hidden wall directly in front of you. After opening the hidden wall, you can see the hot spring.
This side quest takes place in a bathhouse (same as one of the hot springs in 1).
There are 2 hot springs (12-15) on the left and right sides of the first floor. You can also find 2 hot springs (16-17) on the upper level of the stairs.
Then jump from the beam to the next level, and you can fall directly into the 18th hot spring. This hot spring can also be directly seen on the only way to the mission goal.
Note that there will be many enemies next to the hot spring, so clear them out before taking a bath.
From the third shrine (which is the location of the dark area before the mission BOSS), follow the road on the left to the end and you will see the hot spring.
At the third shrine you need to destroy two crystals (blue and red), just in the area in front of the mission boss.
After destroying the crystal, a hole will appear on the ground. Jump down from the hole and there will be a hot spring at the bottom.
Shortly after arriving at the second shrine, you will enter a normally dark area (with a clock in the middle), and then enter the mandatory plot route.
Just before reaching the second Chang'an area with a bell, go down the side path that leads to the underground stairs (two bells can be seen below), and the hot spring is just behind the corner.
When you encounter the first few enemies at the beginning of the mission, there is a house on the right. When you enter the house, you can see the hot spring (there is a wood spirit next to it).
There is a dark area in the cave of this side mission. There is a path in the left half of the cave. You can see the hot spring at the end.
After reaching the third shrine, go to the area where you will be hit by cannonballs. Defeat a regular enemy with a double sword and open the door at the back. Walk along the road to the roof and jump into the house from the roof. Inside you can see a yellow crystal and a spa.
There is a tower in the middle area directly in front of the second shrine. Enter the tower and jump to the lowest level to see a switch. Interact with the switch to change the connection direction of the bridge in the tower.
Then return to the area where the second shrine is located, enter the tower again, and this time only jump down one level to reach the location of the hot spring.
After the second shrine you'll come to a courtyard with a permanently dark area (with a huge yellow spar in the middle). Find the wooden stairs in this yard that connect to the upper floors. Walk halfway up the stairs and walk along the right side to see a room with a hidden wall (with red eyes). Open the hidden wall to see the hot spring.
The last hot spring in this game is right in front of the third shrine, but you can't see it when you first get there.
At the end of the mission, you need to destroy the yellow spar on the main road to change the surrounding terrain. This is a mandatory plot route that cannot be missed.
After the terrain becomes lower, the road to the mission BOSS will open. At this time, you can find the hot spring in front of the third shrine.
To put it simply, follow the plot until you open the way to the final BOSS, and then return to the third shrine to find the hot spring.
