After jumping down from the overlook, there is an enemy soldier next to the haystack that you can assassinate.
After assassinating this enemy soldier from the haystack, return to the previous checkpoint.
Repeat the following steps: jump from the overlook -> haystack assassination -> return to the previous checkpoint
Just do this 5 times and it will be unlocked
