I would like to write this document to the webmasters who are working in front of the computer day and night! We are not alone! Let’s work hard together!
I am very grateful to A5 for giving me a world where I can freely express myself. At the same time, A5 allows me to constantly reflect and make continuous progress. Yesterday, I suddenly woke up to a problem. I feel that I have found an important reason for the failure of most webmasters, including me. reason. In fact, everyone can succeed, just like Tang Jun's book "My Success Can Be Copied". In fact, success can indeed be copied! Failure is all because of yourself! I can say that most failed webmasters follow the following trajectory:
Note that I am talking about most failed webmasters here, not all webmasters.
Track One: Starting Stage. High-spirited and full of longing for the future. At this stage, most people are the same, including successful webmasters.
No matter successful webmasters or failed webmasters, they will have a vision for the future. Look at the A5 forum, how many people saw others making money by building websites, and then joined the ranks without hesitation, and then began to look forward to making money in the future. This is the most wonderful and exciting time, and it is also the most exciting time for everyone. It should be a stage! If you have no vision for the future, you will have no motivation to do anything.
Track two: planning stage. This stage is where webmasters plan how to work in the future. Webmasters who skip this stage and do it blindly may fail faster. Of course, some lucky people may succeed.
People who succeed in the planning stage are the same as those who fail. Of course, for us grassroots webmasters, you should not compare yourself with big companies. This stage is mainly about figuring out the website positioning, daily work arrangements, and how to implement it in the future, etc.
Track Three: Execution Phase. I think this is the watershed between successful webmasters and failed webmasters. The same thing, done by different people, will produce absolutely different results.
The execution stage is the biggest difference between successful people and failed people! Successful people will strictly implement all aspects of the planning stage, and even constantly reflect on problems and improve some unreasonable aspects in the implementation process, but failed people often Some plans made before implementation will be neglected and hastily done. For example, the original plan was to post 10 external blog posts every day, but in the end, I only posted 1 post a day, or even stopped posting.
Let me give you my own example. I created my 15-way station. The initial requirement was that I must add at least 5 female QQ groups every day, and then send mass emails to attract customers. However, after 2 months, I only added 1 female QQ group every day. Okay... I used to post three articles on my blog, but now I only post two. I feel this is a big problem and I need to correct it quickly! If I don’t correct it, it may fail!
Track Four: Harvest Stage. After long-term persistence, months or even years, some people succeed, while others still get nothing, but they are still very busy.
I often see people say that in the Internet industry, the most important thing is execution, but often we don’t realize the important meaning when we actually do it. Failure is just one step away from success! Keep at it, keep reflecting, and keep doing it. progress! You will definitely succeed!
One final word: People with weak execution ability generally have a weak will and are very easily swayed by other people's remarks. For example, if others say that this industry is not going to work, you will be swayed accordingly. In fact, you may be successful at this time!!
