3. Don’t stare at the computer with your glasses for more than 2 hours at most. If it exceeds, you should stand up and look into the distance.
4. Place more than 2 kinds of energy-supplementing foods on your desk. You can eat one every 2-3 hours.
5. If you feel nervous or uneasy, get up immediately and look out the window to breathe fresh air.
6. If you feel sleepy, you can drink a cup of coffee. One cup is not enough. After drinking the coffee, drink more water.
