The tool you need to use to play on a computer is a simulator. The editor here uses a lightning simulator to demonstrate for everyone.
After opening it, you can find the application you want inside.
Here is an introduction to button settings. If the game requires buttons, or skills, etc., you need to click the button settings column on the right toolbar to set the buttons. If the game does not require them, just control the direction with the mouse.
