Compared with traditional solar energy to heat the salinization tower, the thermal generator can provide permanent heat energy. First of all, to build the salinization tower, prepare 7 groups + 20 thermal distillation cubes, 10* control circuits, 2 buckets, and 2 glass plates. These materials are enough to build two 4*4*18 salinization towers.

The ratio of the salinization tower is 10:1, so the water input per second must be higher than 3000mb/s. Six pumps are used for 3000mb/s.
Then you will find that it cannot run at full speed. The pump of mekanism is not pumping water every tick, so these pumps need to be upgraded. We need this (thing in hand)

The ratio of water to brine is 10:1. The ratio of brine to lithium is 10:1. The overall ratio is 100:1. The speed of this salinization tower is 300mb/ts. Full speed lithium production requires 4 salinization towers to produce brine and one salt. Chemical tower produces lithium 4:1
