Some time ago, I wrote an article on A5 "How to avoid being demoted by Baidu during SEO optimization of the website." The article detailed the details of how to avoid being demoted by Baidu during the optimization process. However, recently when I was studying SEO optimization and Baidu ranking algorithm, I discovered that there is a certain relationship between Baidu ranking and Baidu de-ranking.
The following example will make it clearer: There is such a website next to me. There is a keyword (Baidu index is about 1000), and it is steadily ranked on the second page of Baidu. No matter how hard I try to optimize, this keyword just cannot be listed. This poor ranking lasted for more than half a year. Maybe because I was too impatient at the time, I increased my optimization efforts, that is, I added a large number of keyword anchor texts to each original article. After a week, the ranking for this keyword plummeted. , No! All the keywords have plummeted, the homepage has also been demoted, and the entire site has been demoted by Baidu. Since I understood the cause of the problem, as a top priority, I immediately deleted all the keyword anchor texts from the past week and kept updating the article without adding any keyword anchor texts. A month later, the homepage was restored, and I was even more happy. This keyword is also ranked on the Baidu homepage!
In the above example, if a large number of keyword anchor texts appear in the article, Baidu search engine will think that our website is over-optimized. To a certain extent, the search engine will think that we are cheating, so Baidu will give the website The penalty of demotion. Due to the timely correction, Baidu search engine will think that we are a website that "knows its mistakes and can correct them", and it will also be noticed by the search engine that we have worked very hard to optimize this keyword, so after the restoration of rights, the ranking of this keyword will It will be better. This is the most special discovery I have made since studying SEO and Baidu ranking algorithms.
Because this Baidu ranking algorithm was also discovered during error optimization, at that time, I did not do much research on the generation of this algorithm. I just wanted to further verify whether this ranking algorithm was a loophole in the Baidu ranking algorithm or a principle issue in the Baidu ranking algorithm. . If so, I used another website: Niangyuan.com http://www.niangyuan.com/ and did the same operation, and the result was: There is a certain relationship between Baidu ranking and Baidu demotion. That is: if a large number of keyword anchor texts appear in the article, Baidu search engine will think that our website is over-optimized. In this way, after being demoted by Baidu, we can correct it in time and insist on updating. After the restoration of the authority, the optimized keyword ranking will be better. It also confirms that this ranking algorithm is not a loophole in Baidu’s ranking algorithm, but a principle issue in Baidu’s ranking algorithm.
Of course, I would like to explain here that the "demotion" I am talking about here does not mean the demotion caused by using some illegal means or using some malicious software to defraud search engines and being punished. Such demotion will not be effective even after restoration. There will be good rankings, and in serious cases, there is always the possibility of being K-listed by Baidu.
Since Baidu's ranking algorithm is constantly changing and updating, this ranking algorithm cannot be implemented in every period or on every website. I only use this ranking optimization method for reference. I just want to tell you that when we do SEO, we must work hard to discover Baidu's ranking algorithm and use Baidu's ranking algorithm correctly so that our keywords can have better rankings. It is not just for everyone to copy. Just stick to my method for ranking.
