During this period, I came into contact with a lot of Internet companies, and many of them began to consider looking for new services or transformation due to various relationships such as performance. Many of them were considering entering search engine optimization (SEO).

Now let’s try to understand seo/sem. So here, I specially write down some of my thoughts to discuss what conditions are needed for enterprises to enter search engine optimization and related fields.
First: The business management team’s understanding of search engine optimization.
How well do the company's management team and senior executives know about search engine optimization and search engine marketing? Do they have a deep grasp of the future trends of online marketing? What role will search engine optimization play in the company's online marketing in the future? Why does the company If you want to enter SEO, is it just a temporary alternative product, or do you just think that others are playing and you want to play? Do you think that search engine optimization services are highly profitable?
This series of issues is not very clear to most leaders of channel system companies currently engaged in so-called sales agents. Among the companies I have contacted, more people regard search engine optimization as a 3721 product. They think that salesmen will sell rankings, and after signing the order, it will be handed over to the technical department for optimization. And it is also believed that the profits are very high and there is almost no cost.
Second, does the company have seo/sem resources?
1. Has the company participated in some seo/sem activities before and established a certain image in the seo/sem field. I even told some company CEOs directly that if you want to optimize and tell the truth, sometimes the entire industry may find it funny! Because when everyone mentions your company name, they will think that you are an agent for a certain product. If one day you tell me the name of your company and it makes me feel that your company does have a bit of a professional Internet marketing feel and seems to be somewhat related to a professional Internet marketing agency, then it won't be too late for you to enter. Of course, some large Internet companies have realized this problem and have begun to organize some activities or invite some experts to give reports in an attempt to publicize: "Look, we are also professional Internet marketing!"
2. Does the company have human resources in this area?
Doing seo/sem is very different from selling 3721 Baidu and building websites. Talent accumulation is very important. At least the person in charge of the project must have a certain understanding of online marketing, and must have a certain amount of time to observe and be familiar with this field. And you must have seo/sem talents. When many people talk to me, they think very simply, thinking that letting me optimize rankings and sales by salesperson is the best and most powerful sales model for cooperation. I want to say that it is not enough for SEO to rely on one or two people. If an Internet company wants to enter SEO, it must accumulate talents. A team that is very familiar with and good at this field should be responsible for the specific implementation.
Third, do you have any long-term plans and plans?
SEO is not put into production today and recruits salesmen to promote the business tomorrow. SEO requires a certain amount of time and patience. Especially when your team and services are not yet widely familiar to the industry and enterprises. You must spend enough time on the professional construction of your own corporate website, and you must put in a lot of energy to let everyone change their understanding of you and know that your company has a team that can help customers analyze, diagnose, and plan the network. Marketing, especially search engine marketing. You must establish a certain reputation and influence through the Internet or reality. An excellent seo/sem company must have a certain degree of influence and voice so that you can convince your customers to accept your ideas and thoughts. To be respected in the industry. Fourth, are there enough determination and funds?

I think funds are not the most important thing in an SEO company, but for any project, the most basic funds must always be prepared. In fact, many of the companies I have contacted have the mentality that they can generate immediate returns without any investment.
