Idea: First simply remove the skin of the character picture, adjust the contrast and tone, and then fill it with solid color overlay. The process is very simple and the effect is very good!
1.Open the original image
2. Press Ctrl + J to copy the layer, execute the menu: Filter > Noise > Dust and Scratches parameters are set to default, confirm and then execute the menu: Filter > Pixelate > Fragment, adjust the layer opacity to about 40%.
3. Make a copy of the background layer, and then change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light"
4. Make another copy of the background layer, change the layer blending mode to "Color Burn", and the opacity: about 40%
5. Create a new layer and set the foreground color to: #F14874. Use the brush tool to add blush appropriately on the character’s face.
6. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #F8CB7D, change the layer blending mode to "Color", and change the layer opacity to: about 20%.
7. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #ADEAFB, and change the layer blending mode to "Color Burn"
8. Create a new layer, fill it with color: #F8C082, change the layer blending mode to "Multiply", and then modify it as a whole to complete the final effect.
