This tutorial text is divided into two parts. The first part is the production of the text part. You need to add texture and shadow to the text, which can be done using layer styles. The second part is the production of the main surface, which requires making a larger surface according to the outline of the text, and also needs to add a three-dimensional surface.
1. Create a new document of 1024 * 768 pixels, select the gradient tool, and pull out the radial gradient shown as the background.
2. First make the main part of the text.
3. Open the text material shown in Figure 4, pull it out with the magic wand, then create a new group in the new document, drag the text in, lock the layer opacity and fill it with yellow.
4. Create a new layer below the text layer, name it "Main Surface", select the Pen Tool, and follow the outline of the text to cut out the selection shown.
5. Select the Gradient Tool and pull out the linear gradient shown from top to bottom.
6. Return to the text layer and select the Gradient Tool to draw the linear gradient shown.
7. Double-click the text thumbnail in the layer panel to bring up the layer style and set the bevel and embossing.
8. Bring up the selection of the text part, create a new layer below the text layer, and fill it with dark red: #8E1C4A. After canceling the selection, move the text slightly to the lower right by a few pixels to create a three-dimensional effect. The parts with gaps need to be selected using the pen tool and filled with the same color.
9. Call up the current text selection, create a new layer and fill it with yellow, move the selection up a few pixels, then press Ctrl + Shift + I to invert the selection, feather 2 pixels and press Delete to delete. After confirmation, change the layer opacity to: 70%.
10. Bring up the text selection, select the menu: Select > Modify > Expand, the value is 3, after confirmation, return to the "Main Surface" layer, press Ctrl + J to copy the color block of the selection to a new layer, blend mode Change to "Screen" and the opacity to: 50%.
11. You can add some light highlights to the top of the main surface as needed.

12. Bring up the "Main Surface" selection, create a new layer and fill it with orange, then move the selection up a few times and press Delete to delete. Then use the burn tool to draw out the dark areas.
13. Create a new group on the background layer, use a pen to outline the three-dimensional selection, and then add a mask to the group.
14. Create a new layer in the group and fill it with orange.
15. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the selection shown, select the gradient tool, and pull out the linear gradient shown.
16. Create a new layer and add gradients to other faces inside in the same way as above.
17. Call up the "Main Surface" selection. Create a new layer above the background layer, feather it by 3 pixels and fill it with black. Move the position appropriately and lower the opacity of the layer.
Finally adjust the details to complete the final effect.
