Create a smooth red three-dimensional heart shape with Photoshop

The three-dimensional heart shape is relatively easy to draw. You only need to understand the composition of crisp highlights and shadows. Then we start from the bottom layer and render the three-dimensional effect layer by layer. Just make sure the transition is natural.
1. Create a new document of 800 * 600 pixels, and select white as the background. Create a new group, use a pen to outline the heart shape, convert it to a selection and add a layer mask to the group.
2. Create a new layer in the group, select the Gradient Tool, set the color to red, and pull out the radial gradient.
3. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the highlight selection on the right, feather it by 25 pixels and fill it with a slightly brighter red: #F70E1E.
4. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the right edge highlight selection, feather it by 20 pixels and fill it with orange: #FEA409
5. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the left bottom highlight selection, feather it by 25 pixels and fill it with orange: #FEA409.
6. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the highlight selection on the left, feather it by 25 pixels and fill it with red: #F70E1E
7. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the top highlight selection, feather it by 25 pixels and fill it with red: #F70E1E
8. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the left edge highlight selection, feather it by 20 pixels and fill it with orange: #FFA912.
9. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the dark selection on the left edge, feather it by 20 pixels and fill it with dark red: #B5010D.

10. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the dark selection at the bottom on the right, feather it by 20 pixels and fill it with dark red.
11. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the dark selection at the top, feather it by 15 pixels and fill it with dark red.
12. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the highlight selection in the middle on the left, feather it by 15 pixels and fill it with orange.
13. Create a new layer. Use the same method to increase the intensity of the highlight part, and paint the middle part with light yellow.
14. Create a new layer and create the highlight in the middle on the right using the same method as above.
15. The method of making the highlight on the top is the same as above.
16. Create a new layer above the background layer and simply add a little drop shadow.
17. The whole thing can be slightly softened as needed, and the method is optional.
Finally, adjust the details to complete the final effect.
